ORDERS & SHIPPING
Internet Orders are accepted 24 hours a day.
Internet Orders are processed during normal business hours (M-F, 8-5pm MST)
Internet Orders do not guarantee item(s) are in stock. If an item is backordered, you will be contacted via e-mail within 48 hours of placing that order.
Orders are shipped after stock is checked and credit card is verified and processed.
Only Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted for internet orders, we DO NOT accept American Express.
If you need to change your Internet Order after you have already processed it, you will need to call us direct at (480) 633-2555.
Orders can not be changed after the same business day order was placed
If you have any problems processing your internet order you can call us at (480) 633-2555 to place your order by phone.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation confirming your order has been sent to us. This confirmation does not confirm that the item(s) are in stock, your order has been processed and shipped or that your credit card has been billed. If an item is out of stock, you will receive a separate email informing you of the backordered item and an ETA on when that item will be back in stock.
We do not process international orders through our website. For all international orders please call us direct at (480) 633-2555 or e-mail email@example.com.
Billet Equipped Motorsports is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise once picked up from our facility.
All packages shipped within the USA are shipped via USPS Priority mail or UPS Ground service.
We offer 3 day shipping through UPS for an additional charge.
We can not ship to P.O. Boxes, only residential or business addresses.
Shipping Rates are based on weight of package.
UPS Ground shipments can take 1-7 working days depending on your location
All outgoing orders are shipped FOB Chandler, AZ USA
