Billet Equipped uses the same concept as a motorcycle grip for the RZR shifter knob. Which means no matter what the weather conditions are you will be sure to have a good grip while shifting. 

Hardware included, simply pull the OEM shift handle off and replace with the new Billet Equipped. Installation in just a few minutes!
